Ladd rebounded from the loss and defeated Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight-1. Aspen was signed to Invicta FC in 2015 to begin her career as a pro. InvictaFC 11 was her first professional fight. Aspen dominated Ana Carolina Vidal, securing an 1st round TKO. Invicta Fc 16 was her first fight as a bantamweight. She beat Amanda Cooper with an armbar in second round. Aspen employed the strong abilities she acquired in wrestling to beat McGill. She won the fight with a the TKO (3rd round) (elbows, punches). Aspen took on Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. Aspen fought Hoy in the catchweight (138.1lb) since Ladd didn't make weight. Aspen still dominated Hoy and was able to knock her out in the 2nd round via TKO. Invicta FC, 21 was her final promotion bout. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks was a unanimous winner. The debut of Aspen Ladd's UFC debut came on UFC Fight Night 118 when she took on Lina Lansberg. She dominated Lina as she ground-and-pound hit her for an TKO victory in the second round. When she next faced Tonya Evinger at UFC 229, her victory was even more impressive. Ladd ended Evinger in the opening round, and was awarded her a night's performance bonus. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee, she fought Sijara-Eubanks for her first significant fight. The two fighters had a close fight that Ladd won by unanimous decision. The two fighters each received an award called the Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie was able to finish the fight in just 16 seconds and stop Ladd and her winning streak. She bounced back and finished Yana Kunitskaya in the third round of UFC at ESPN 7. Her most recent bout for the UFC she was a part of Norma Dumont at UFC Fight Night 195 in a rematch fight. Her defeat was decided by unanimous decision.
